LIAM EAGLE
Liam Eagle has worked as a contributor to the Web Host Industry Review since its inception in 2000, and as editor since 2003. He has been editor of the WHIR's print magazine since its launch. His daily involvement in the gathering and reporting of Web hosting news and his regular interaction with Web hosting leaders gives him an uncommonly broad appreciation of the issues and tends facing the business. ISABEL WANG
One of the Web hosting industry's longest-standing citizens, Isabel Wang is also a high-tech enthusiast. Through her WHIR blog, she examines the impact emerging Web technologies will have on the Web hosting business, and on the motivations of hosting consumers.
Isabel has been in the web hosting industry for almost 10 years. As the co-founder of ISPcheck, she sold banner ads to early web hosting pioneers. As editor and publisher of Web Hosting Magazine, she wrote about the dotcom boom - and bust. And as VP Communications at EV1Servers, she learned about the dedicated servers business first hand. PAUL HIRSCH
Paul Hirsch is a moderator on WebHostingTalk.com, the largest Web hosting community on the Internet, and he is a founder and Core Team member of the International Web Developers Network (IWDN). He is co-owner of Equentity LLC, a Web design and development company located in Canton, Ohio, West Yorkshire and Teesside, U.K. Paul received his bachelors degree from Kent State University in Electronic Media Production, with minors in Computer Information Systems and Sociology. He earned a masters degree in Media Management from Kent as well.

TOM MILLITZER
Tom Millitzer provides merger & acquisition services to Internet service firms including Web Hosting, Data Centers and similar sectors. In 1994 he founded New Commerce Communications, Inc. (NCC), where he serves as President.
During his career he has been involved in almost 200 mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, appraisal and consulting projects. Prior to NCC he was co-founder and President of Charter Cable Systems, Inc. a cable television company based in Cincinnati. He also held executive positions at Group W Broadcasting and Cable.

Ravi Agarwal is the founder of groupSPARK. Mr. Agarwal has spoken at numerous business and technology conferences as well as guest lectured at business schools at Boston University, Boston College, and Babson College. He worked with professors at Bentley College and Boston University to write three case studies on BizLand, which have since been taught internationally. In 2001, he was chosen by Entreprenur Magazine in their "3rd Annual 10 under 30" - top 10 business people under the age of 30 years old.
As CEO of groupSPARK and a hosting industry entrepreneur for almost 10 years, Ravi Agarwal brings a focus on SaaS (Software as a Service) and email services as it affects hosting companies and their customers . WILLIAM TOLL
William Toll has held product management positions in the Web hosting and financial industry since the late 1990s. Now at the leading hosting services provider, NaviSite, William is responsible for developing the company’s small business hosted product lines, including one of the industry’s biggest platforms – Alabanza.com. In past positions at companies such as Affinity Internet, Inc., Intermedia, and NTT/VERIO, William was the driving force in launching and enhancing successful Microsoft Exchange and ASP.NET Hosting services. William was responsible for Affinity’s Gate.com brand and its new clustered Windows Server 2003 shared hosting platform launch. William received a BA in Marketing from New England College in Arundel, England.

KAYLA FLEMMING
As Vice President of Surpass Hosting, Kayla has experience in all areas of web hosting from conducting market research to securing server environments. Kayla has worked with Internet companies for nine years and has been involved in the web hosting industry since 2002. Under Kayla's direction, Surpass has reached record growth each year. She is also responsible for the company's forum, one of the most active communities among web hosts.

Robert P. Cichon, President of CrystalTechTM Web Hosting Inc. joined Newtek as the VP of Technical Operations for Crystaltech in late 2005. He has been in the technology business since 1990 with a strong background in cutting edge internet / financial institution information delivery. Before joining Newtek Business Services, he spent over 8 years working with American Express teams based in several locations worldwide in the pursuit of advanced technology platforms. He has expertise in several key level 1 Internet business arenas, including merchant services, customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, intranet portal and search technologies. MATHEW BALDWIN
Mathew Baldwin has been working within the hosted services space for the last ten years. In the past he has held roles as architect, senior systems engineer and regular troubleshooter, consultant for Microsoft-based platforms with multiple hosted services companies. He was instrumental in bringing to market the first highly-available, clustered Windows 2003 shared hosting platform and has worked closely with Microsoft on a variety of initiatives.
His current focus is on the emerging SaaS market space and how hosting companies can evolve their architectures to address this new need. Leah is a part time consultant working with Linux Server solutions in

the Open Source community since 1997, working for various companies
such as: Earthlink, Novell (at the time SuSE Inc.) and IBM. In her
spare time, Leah assists with various Open Source projects and

JONATHAN ROBINSON
Jonathan Robinson is a co-founder of Group NBT plc and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in February 2006. He previously held the position of Business Development Director. Jonathan was responsible for successfully consolidating leading domain name services company, NetNames, with NetBenefit and driving the business into a leading position in its sector. With his wide and comprehensive knowledge of the international domain name industry, his role includes market analysis, identifying possible targets for acquisition and strategic planning across all brands.
Jonathan was previously deputy chairman of the Internet Council of Registrars (CORE) and on the board of the .uk registry Nominet. He is a current director of the info registry, Afilias.

Hartland ran a franchise business for five years while in university and has started two other previous businesses. He has also held the title of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Dynamic Achievement Group which is a training, coaching and development business based in Vancouver BC. Hartland has 12 years of experience managing, instructing, training and mentoring teams of managers in various industries including two internet start ups.
Hartland holds a Bachelor's of Science degree and a Master's of Business Administration in Business Strategy. DEREK VAUGHAN
Derek Vaughan has been actively marketing on the Internet since 1995. His extensive online marketing experience includes the online direct marketing of books for $300 million per year NYSE traded book publisher Thomas Nelson. Mr. Vaughan also marketed products online at the Walt Disney Company as the online marketing manager of ecommerce for ESPN.com. He was also the marketing manager for the launch of the NASCAR Online Store in October of 1999.
More recently Mr. Vaughan turned his attention to online marketing for the Affinity Internet, Inc. family of companies – which owns a broad portfolio of web hosting brands. Additionally, Mr. Vaughan served as Vice President of Marketing for Aplus.Net and helped them establish a strong position in the web hosting field. Derek is currently the VP of Marketing at HostMySite.com.
Derek Vaughan holds undergraduate degrees from both Indiana University and Purdue University, and has earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Owen School at Vanderbilt University.

Mark Klein is a Domain Name Industry Professional with over twelve years of experience. Buying his first domain name back in 1995, Mark is currently the Director of Business Development for Sedo.com, one of world’s largest secondary market and domain monetization companies. Previous to Sedo, Mark worked 5 years at Wholesale Domain Registrar Tucows, 2 years at ISP PSINet and 3 years at a computer hardware and software VAR always in a sales or business development oriented role.

ZVI GRAUER
Zvi Grauer received his Ph.D. in chemistry at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. From 1985 to 2000, he has held product development positions in the chemical industry, and consulting positions improving product performance and marketability. In 2000 he joined Dialtone Internet, where he stayed as VP of Product Development until Dialtone's acquisition by Interland. As Scientific Director for LIMS USA, Zvi was involved in software development, testing and documentation. Currently based in Costa Rica, Zvi divides his time following trends in personal technology, tending to his physical and virtual servers, technical and marketing consulting related to internet technologies and technical writing.
